30-Day Return Policy
At Kioskstack Integrated Smart Systems (China) Private Ltd., we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our standard products, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand our return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Standard Products: You may return any standard product purchased from Kioskstack Integrated Smart Systems (China) Private Ltd. within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Customized Products: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns. These include any products that have been specifically manufactured or altered to meet your unique requirements.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
- The product must include all original accessories, components, and documentation.
- A proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
3. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@kioskstack.com within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or photographs.
Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include all original accessories, components, and documentation. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the product is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Any product that is returned without prior authorization.
- Products not purchased directly from Kioskstack Integrated Smart Systems (China) Private Ltd..
- Customized or personalized products.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@kioskstack.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
